Hampton Roads Independent Baptist Church is a friendly, family-oriented church that stands firmly upon God's Word. We have absolute confidence in the Greek testament known as the Textus Receptus from which our English Bible, the King James Version was translated. HRIBC is a new testament church with a heart for people. We simultaneously recognize our burden for our "kinsmen according to the flesh" and our responsibility to maintain God's focus on "all nations." To this end we are involved in a worldwide missions ministry in fulfillment of the Great Commission. Our services are open to anyone, and we provide a nursery during all our service.

Missions Support

We support our missionaries through “grace giving”. Our philosophy of missions is mandated by the Bible. We believe that a missionary-evangelist’s purpose is to establish self-supporting, self-governing, and self-propagating churches. These newly established churches should also have a world-wide missionary philosophy. If you have been sent out of a local church and would like to help in the cause of world evangelization you may contact us. Perhaps God would have us to partner together for His great work.
